Hosting and essential functions
This pitch is hosted by Vercel Inc. Server functions are configured for Frankfurt. Static files may be served through Vercel's international content delivery network. Delivering the site requires processing connection information such as your IP address, requested file, browser information and request time. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in operating a secure, reliable website under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Fonts are served with the website. Loading a font does not contact Google Fonts. Some video files are requested from nimmersatt.fyi. These requests disclose connection information to that website's hosting infrastructure. Vercel privacy information.
Analytics is disabled
This version of the website does not load PostHog or collect analytics events. No analytics consent is requested. If analytics is introduced later, we will update this policy and ask for your choice before collection begins.
Your video choice
If you allow external videos, the website stores your choice, its version, the decision time and an expiry date locally for six months. You can change your choice at any time using the button below. Essential delivery and security processing by the hosting providers still takes place.
External videos
YouTube or Vimeo players load only after you separately allow external videos. Loading them shares your IP address and browser information with the provider. The provider may use cookies or similar technologies under its own policy and may process information outside the EEA. YouTube's privacy-enhanced player domain is used where supported. Allowing external videos does not give consent to PostHog analytics.
Google and YouTube privacy information · Vimeo privacy information. External links take you to the destination website under its own privacy policy. Revoking external-media permission closes embedded players. A page reload also removes any already loaded provider scripts.
Contact enquiries
The contact panel asks for your name and email address; the other fields are optional. We process the details you submit to respond to your enquiry and, where applicable, take steps towards a contract under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. For other business enquiries, the basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. These contents are kept separate from analytics. When the contact service accepts an enquiry, it stores the enquiry in our CRM using Neon, Inc., with the database configured in the AWS Frankfurt region (eu-central-1). If sending through the panel is unavailable, you can open a prefilled message in your own email application. Nothing is sent merely by clicking that fallback link. You decide whether to send the message. We keep correspondence as long as needed to handle the enquiry and satisfy applicable retention obligations.
A separate local preference remembers that you dismissed the contact panel. It contains no contact information and can be removed using your browser's site-data controls.
Your rights
Subject to the applicable legal requirements, you can request access, correction, erasure, restriction and portability of your personal data, object to processing based on legitimate interests and withdraw consent at any time.
